Barça : Messi brise le silence et fait un choix clair pour son avenir
Lionel Messi n’a toujours pas prolongé son contrat avec le FC Barcelone. Et si déjà des rumeurs fusent faisait croire qu’il veut quitter le FC Barcelone, le n°10 blaugrana s’est prononcé sur son avenir au micro de SPORT.
Ces derniers jours, la pulga a été objet de plusieurs polémiques Annoncé en MLS ou encore en Argentine pour continuer sa carrière. Mais dans tout ça, Leo Messi n’a jamais opté pour un départ du FC Barcelone. Il estime qu’il lui reste encore des choses à gagner avec le club.
Leo souhaite poursuivre sa moisson de trophée avec une équipe qui n’accueillera pas Neymar, le Brésilien ayant toutefois été très proche de la Catalogne lors de la dernière fenêtre de transferts.
« Oui, j’aurais été enchanté que Neymar revienne (…) Sincèrement, je ne sais pas si (le Barça) a fait tout son possible pour son retour, mais une chose est sûre, négocier avec le PSG n’est pas facile« , a indiqué Messi, reconnaissant qu’il n’était pas au courant de toutes les conversations du club avec les représentants français.
« Je comprends les gens qui n’étaient pas d’accord, c’est normal après tout ce qui s’est passé autour de Ney, la manière dont il est parti (au PSG), dont il nous a abandonnés (…). Mais en considérant l’aspect sportif, pour moi Neymar est l’un des meilleurs du monde et évidemment notre équipe aurait augmenté ses chances d’obtenir les résultats souhaités », a rappelé le capitaine.
Messi a par ailleurs demandé de la continuité dans l’organigramme du club. « Ce serait bien pour le club qu’il y ait une stabilité et pas autant de changements dans la structure sportive. Puyol serait idéal en tant que secrétaire technique« , a-t-il estimé.
