Côte d’Ivoire/CEI : Youssouf Bakayoko sort par la petite porte après la publication des 15 membres de la commission électorale
Le porte-parole du gouvernement, le ministre Sidi Touré, a dévoilé ce mercredi à l’issue du Conseil des ministres tenu à Dimbokro où a lieu la visite d’état du Président Alassane Ouattara, les noms des 15 nouveaux membres de la Commission centrale de la commission électorale indépendante, a-t-on appris.
Et le nom de l’actuel président de la CEI, Youssouf Bakayoko, n’y figure pas, confirmant ainsi son départ comme annoncé par Ivoirebusiness.
Voici la liste de ces 15 nouveaux membres de la nouvelle commission centrale de la CEI, laquelle est composée de 4 femmes et de 11 hommes, sans le PDCI d’Henri Konan Bédié, et le FPI de Laurent Gbagbo, lesquels réclament la mise en conformité de la CEI selon les normes internationales et conformément à l’arrêt de la cour africaine des droits de l’homme.
Koné Sourou (au titre du Président de la République), Ibrahim Bayo (au titre du ministère de l’administration territoriale ),
Coulibaly Kuibert ( au titre du conseil supérieur de la magistrature),
Kouamé Adjoumani Pierre, Sanogo Salimata Porquet, Yako Bi Goue Marguerite, Julien Gaude Fernand (Société civile), Yapobi Yollande ( Ordre des avocats ), Bamba Sindou (Conseil national des droits de l’homme ), Traoré Effo, Ebrotié Émile, Adja Serges (Rhdp), Henriette Lagou, Dogou Alain, Yapi Yapo (opposition).
Comme on le voit, Youssouf Bakayoko n’est plus président de la CEI et ne fait plus partie de l’institution.
Sous réserve de nouvelles modifications suite à la réouverture des discussions pouvoir-opposition sur la CEI, ces 15 membres seront installés dans les jours à venir, et éliront leur président, ainsi que leurs différents organes.
