Le Procureur Adou Richard annonce des poursuites contre Al Moustapha et affirme que la Député Traoré sera jugée dans l’affaire « Ibiêkissê »
Al Moustapha, Mariam Traoré, député de Tengrela, etc. sont l’objet de poursuites lancées par le Parquet d’Abidjan Plateau. Adou Richard-Christophe, Procureur de la République a donné l’information à la presse au cours d’un séminaire co-organisé par l’UNESCO et l’Autorité nationale de la presse (ANP) autour du thème : «Sources d’information, infractions en ligne et modération des contenus numériques ».
Il a affirmé que ces personnes sont poursuivies mais il n’y a pas encore d’arrestations et a mentionné que les arrestations ne sont pas toujours, la solution.
Concernant l’Honorable, Mariam Traoré, Adou-Richard Christophe a précisé que l’information a été faite et bientôt l’affaire va passer en justice.
«Ce n’est pas parce qu’on a pas mis les menottes à quelqu’un, ce n’est pas parce que qu’il n’est pas poursuivi », a insisté, le Procureur de la République qui se prononçait sur la « Source d’information et infractions en ligne ».
Pour rappel, Al Moustapha a menacé la communauté chrétienne de représailles sur les réseaux sociaux, parce qu’elle voulait organiser une marche de la paix prévue le 15 février 2020 qui a été finalement annulée.
Quant à la Députée de Tengrela, elle a insulté la présidente des femmes du PDCI via internet. Ce qui lui a valu le surnom de «Ibiêkissê ».
