Présidentielle en Côte d’Ivoire : la candidature d’Alassane Ouattara contestée en justice
Pascal Affi N’Guessan, lui-même candidat à la présidentielle ivoirienne, a déposé un recours pour déclarer inéligible le président sortant Alassane Ouattara. De son côté, Charles Blé Goudé milite pour un report du scrutin prévu le 31 octobre.
Candidat à la présidentielle du 31 octobre en Côte d’Ivoire, Pascal Affi N’Guessan, Premier ministre sous Laurent Gbagbo, a déposé une requête pour faire invalider la candidature du président Alassane Ouattara. Dans cette ”requête” datée du 6 septembre, Pascal Affi N’Guessan et le Front populaire ivoirien (FPI, fondé par Laurent Gbagbo) demandent au Conseil constitutionnel de ”déclarer inéligible M. Ouattara et par conséquent de rejeter sa candidature”.
Alors que la Constitution limite à deux les mandats présidentiels, l’annonce de la candidature du chef de l’État sortant pour un troisième mandat a provoqué des manifestations meurtrières en août. Les partisans d’Alassane Ouattara affirment que le changement de Constitution en 2016 a remis les compteurs à zéro, ce que conteste le FPI.
”L’avènement de la nouvelle Constitution intervenu au cours de son second mandat a-t-il eu pour effet de remettre la comptabilité de ses deux précédents mandats à zéro ? La réponse est clairement négative et ne souffre d’aucune ambigüité”, affirme le texte de la requête.
La tension monte
Acteurs politiques et la société civile s’inquiètent d’une montée de tension en Côte d’Ivoire, dix ans après la crise post-électorale née du refus du président sortant Laurent Gbagbo de reconnaître la victoire d’Alassane Ouattara.
Ancien ministre de Laurent Gbagbo, Charle Blé Goudé a lui affirmé lundi à La Haye, où il est en liberté conditionnelle, qu’il fallait reporter la présidentielle. ”Organiser le scrutin dans des circonstances pareilles serait conduire notre pays droit dans le mur”, a-t-il déclaré. ”Il nous faut repousser le scrutin, mettre ce report à profit pour organiser des assises nationales qui permettraient de rechercher le consensus”, a poursuivi celui qui a été acquitté de crimes contre l’humanité en première instance par la Cour pénale internationale (CPI) et attend un éventuel procès en appel.
Charles Blé Goudé, 48 ans, chef du Congrès panafricain pour la justice et l’égalité des peuples (Cojep) a à plusieurs reprises annoncé sa volonté d’être candidat à la présidentielle en 2025, mais pas en 2020.
La commission électorale indépendante ivoirienne a indiqué le 3 septembre avoir reçu 44 dossiers de candidature, dont ceux de Laurent Gbagbo, toujours en Belgique, et de l’ex-chef rebelle et ancien Premier ministre Guillaume Soro, qui réside en France.

My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on a variety of websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any help would be really appreciated!
