Venant de l’Elysée et en présence de Nicolas Sarkozy, faiseur de rois africains, le dossier sur un éventuel 3e mandat semble bouclé à Abidjan et à Conakry.
Et ordre donné aux porte-voix officiels de la France comme France 24 de relayer l’information au maximum afin de couper l’herbe sous le pied à ces chefs d’Etats qui ont pris l’habitude de modifier leurs constitutions en fonctions de leurs humeurs.
En Côte d’Ivoire, le président Alassane Ouattara a d’ailleurs annoncé une énième modification de la constitution dans le but, non avoué mais connu de tous, d’écarter les anciens présidents Laurent Gbagbo et Henri Konan Bédié de l’élection présidentielle de 2020.
Mais tout porte à croire que lui-même ne rempilera pas. Le message élyséen est-il passé par-là? Rien n’est moins sûr.
