Diplomatie: Le Général Philippe Mangou, nouvel Ambassadeur en Allemagne

Le Général Mangou qui se trouve à Abidjan depuis son départ du Gabon pourrait présenter ses lettres de créances dans les prochaines semaines au Président fédéral allemand Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
Pour rappel, après sa trahison du Président Laurent Gbagbo au profit du Président Alassane Ouattara, l’ex-chef d’état-major général des armées sous Laurent Gbagbo avait été nommé en 2012 ambassadeur la Côte d’Ivoire au Gabon, en récompense pour services rendus au nouveau chef de l’Etat.
Le Général Kassaraté, ex-commandant supérieur de la Gendarmerie nationale aujourd’hui décédé, avait lui été récompensé après sa trahison de Laurent Gbagbo, par une nomination en tant qu’Ambassadeur au Sénégal.
